AkarityA Gallery in Gaussian Space — Scientific Games Art Contest 2026 This project transforms photography into an immersive, spatial experience using 3D Gaussian Splatting. Captured with a 360° camera and reconstructed through locally trained AI-powered workflows, the environment becomes a virtual exhibition space where photographs are presented as framed artworks within a three-dimensional scene. Blending photographic imagery with spatial reconstruction, the project explores new ways to experience, display, and interact with visual art beyond the boundaries of a traditional gallery. Visitors can explore the space from different perspectives, discovering the relationship between the artworks and their surrounding environment. Created using locally processed Gaussian Splatting technology, the project celebrates the intersection of photography, AI-assisted 3D reconstruction, and digital exhibition design.Crystal Cove Historic District
Jerry SellsThis is a very small section of the Crystal Cove Historic District. I intend to visit again to capture more areas. It's a beautiful area to visit or stay in one of the cottages. Jaka GodejšaStep into a digital twin of UP Faculty of Tourism Studies – Turistica in Portorož, Slovenia, and try virtual footgolf. The animation hole, built for the game “Hole in One,” was a gift for the faculty’s 30th anniversary. It came from the Footgolf Association of Slovenia and FIFG, the World Footgolf Federation. Footgolf combines football and golf. Players kick a football into a 53 cm hole in as few kicks as possible. In this space you can walk around the faculty, line up your kick and go for a hole in one from your browser.
