Shot with video on my iPhone 12 Pro, then uploaded as a video for 3DGS processing on the KIRI Engine phone app. The model on the right shows an example of the cropping I did from within the KIRI app. On the left is the original splat from KIRI and edited it in Supersplat--Trying to get a similar outcome as my cropping in the app. I then used Supersplat to combine the two for display here as a comparison.
