carsten-starkNilvektra City sits like a razor‑edged jewel on the surface of Echelon‑held territory, a metropolis engineered with the cold precision of a mathematical proof. From orbit, its districts form a lattice of perfect angles and sweeping arcs—an urban vector map etched into the planet’s surface. But on the ground, the geometry fractures into something far more human: neon‑lit alleys, improvised markets, and the hum of a thousand unauthorized mesh networks. District 127 is home to the Localhost café and arcade, where hackers trade exploits over synth‑coffee; a third‑place that pulses with life long after the corporate towers dim their lights.Morrow's End
