  1. Opus Lab Home Space

1046 BesucheThis is the home space for Opus Lab at Arrival Space. It contains basic information on our activities and allows you to explore different subspaces illustrating our creative projects and educational initiatives. The Lab is led by Dr. Lukasz Mirocha. Feel free to reach out: lukasz.opuslab@gmail.com
  2. Kailasa Temple LCC2 (The 3DGS Fidelity Challenge)

964 BesucheExplore a web-based version of one of the 3DGS Fidelity Challenge winners - the monumental Kailasa Temple, scanned by Kumarswamy Hosmath with PortalCam and processed with Lixel CyberColor 2.0. Arrival.Space is among the first platforms in the world supporting XGRIDS' open-source LCC2 format.
  3. Graham Street | Hong Kong (Workshop Space 01)

466 BesucheThis Opus Lab Workshop Space "Graham Street" illustrates several approaches to 3DGS reconstruction of Graham Street, Central, Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong. We used the XGRIDS PortalCam to make a SLAM-based reconstruction, which proved particularly challenging as it was performed at nighttime. We also used Marble Mini and Plus (0.1) by World Labs, SHARP by Apple and Hunyuan World-Mirror by Tencent to reconstruct part of the street based on a single photo uploaded as a prompt. These three methods demonstrate different approaches to generating 3D reconstructions, ranging from real-world multi-frame and multi-spectral capture, through text and image prompting (cloud-processed), to local 3DGS generation based on a single photo.
  4. Student 3DGS Works | School of Creative Media 25'

435 BesucheThe Space showcases selected student works made as part of our educational initiatives. The courses, masterclasses and workshops on 3DGS/AI/real-time 3D undertaken worldwide since 2024 are led by Opus Lab founder Dr. Lukasz Mirocha. For the best viewing experience, please use a desktop or laptop computer.
  5. Bo Czemu Nie | 444

Grzybowski Square located in Warsaw's Śródmieście district, Grzybów Square (Plac Grzybowski) is a triangular historic plaza that bridges the city's 17th-century origins with its modern evolution. Originally a market crossroads on the way to Ujazdów Castle, it became a focal point of Jewish life and commerce by the 19th century, known for its ironwork shops and neoclassical architecture. The square bears significant scars from World War II; it was incorporated into the Warsaw Ghetto in 1940, with walls separating it from the rest of the city until the ghetto's liquidation. While much of the original fabric was destroyed during the Warsaw Uprising, key landmarks remain or have been reimagined, including the restored All Saints Church and the modernist Jewish Theatre. A 2011 renovation revitalized the space, preserving traces of old tram tracks alongside contemporary landscaping and the towering Cosmopolitan skyscraper nearby.
  6. SHARP | Making Senses 2026 | Exercise 01

243 BesucheThis space showcases creative explorations by arts students using the macOS application Depth by Marco Luthi, which leverages SHARP - Apple's computer vision machine learning model designed to generate high-resolution, photorealistic 3D representations from a single 2D photograph. The explorations are part of the Arts Tech Practices I (Making Senses) course at the School of Creative Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University, led by Dr. Lukasz Mirocha. The space works best on a computer.
  7. XGRIDS K2 First Scan - 3DISE 2026 - Prague

171 BesucheThis space showcases one of the first publicly available 3D Gaussian Splatting reconstructions captured with a SLAM-based scanner: the Lixel K2 by XGRIDS. The reconstruction was generated at maximum fidelity, producing approximately 10 million splats, with no additional enhancement applied. What you are seeing here is an SOG‑compressed, web‑optimized version of the original file. The device was announced at 3DISE 2026 in Prague. The scan was captured the following day and features the Singing Fountain and surrounding architecture in one of Prague’s parks.
  8. Prozna Street | Warsaw (Archive Series 01)

166 BesuchePróżna Street is one of the few surviving remnants of the pre WW2 Warsaw. Much of its history lies buried beneath modern-day Warsaw - invisible, but not forgotten. Using 3D Gaussian Splatting, an emerging 3D reconstruction technology, we explored how the medium's unique aesthetics - photorealistic renders mixed with glitches, light refractions, and abstract forms - could make this layered history visible. It is populated with captures taken with iPhone 16 Pro and XGRIDS PortalCam. This space is part of the Archives Series, where we present 3D/XR/radiance fields projects finalized over the past few years.
