Taitoku-in Main Gate in Shiba Park

This gate in Shiba Park is the sole surviving remnant of the grand Taitokuin Mausoleum, built for Tokugawa Hidetada, the second Tokugawa shogun. Most of the vast mausoleum complex was destroyed during World War II, leaving only this gate behind.
