平成7年造成。平成6年に亡くなった北柳吟社の小山冷月氏の寄付金により整備された庭園。小山氏は盆栽でも名を馳せた人で、その思いを承継し多種多様な草木が植えられ入園者の目を楽しませています。
A paved walkway runs through a landscaped garden with trimmed shrubs, small ornamental trees, and dense greenery. A low building and a lamppost stand beside the planted grounds.
