津軽富士とも呼ばれている岩木山のふもとにある神社です。
岩木山神社の起りは岩木山大神が太古より神霊岩木嶺にお鎮まり、約1200年前(宝亀11年(780))に社殿を山頂に創建したところからです。
古くから「お岩木さま」や「お山」と呼ばれており、さまざまなご利益があるパワースポットとなっています。
