The Bar — 360Roam

The 360Roam bar, both walks: 102 full-resolution panoramas solved as six-camera rigs (588 of 612 faces placed) and trained entirely in browser tabs by Splat.js at 912 px — 3,517,115 live splats (4 M cap with relocation to the last step: 12 % dead at export, versus more than half invisible in the previous model), 200k cycles in 83 minutes, 20.5 dB on 48 held-out faces. No COLMAP, no server.
