The 360Roam lab, both walks: 112 panoramas solved as camera rigs — all 672 views placed (0.75 px) — and trained entirely in a browser tab by Splat.js: 4,000,000 splats, 537k cycles, 31.1 dB render-scored across the set, ~3 hours. No COLMAP, no server.
